Billy Stevens is a Santa Barbara-based visual artist who has worked in a variety of mediums, including photography, videography and both classical and digital animation.

A child of the 90s, Billy credits the tentpole films "Toy Story" and "Jurassic Park" with inspiring him to become an artist. He developed his animation skills in the Multimedia Arts in Animation program at Santa Barbara City College. He then honed his craft and expanded into the world of film by completing a B.A. in Film and Digital Media at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Billy considers the classic comics of Steve Ditko, the hand-drawn caricatures of Bill Plympton and the dark, edgy cartoons dreamed up by Jhonen Vasquez as his chief creative influences. He's also a fan of the naturalistic filmmaking often found in sports documentaries.

Billy is proficient in the Adobe Suite, with special emphasis on Photoshop, Animate/Flash and Premiere. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and spending time with his dog, Monte.
